It’s like after a few weirdly mild winters Minnesota is all ZOMG I REMEMBER HOW TO WINTER GUYS LET ME SHOW YOU IN CASE YOU FORGOT TOO<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

And everybody is just Slow your roll, FFS<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Remember the blizzards you dumped in April last year? We’ve still got two months here for snow to fall. We’re running out of room to put this shit. Calm your tits<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Anyway.<\/p>\n

1.)<\/b> I keep trying to write a post about the latest writing…woes, gripes, whathaveyou…but every time I try to actually write<\/i> about it, I just…FEH. It’s all such a boggy mess right now and I don’t know what to do about it. And Basil<\/a> isn’t helping. At all.<\/p>\n

2.)<\/b> Bob’s been playing Pillars of Eternity II<\/a><\/b><\/i>. If I’m not looking at his screen it sounds a lot like he’s watching Critical Role<\/a><\/i><\/b> because it’s all the same music and voice actors. It’s very confusing. Right now Matt Mercer<\/a> is just having a conversation with himself.<\/p>\n

3.)<\/b> Bob decided to try a VRV<\/span><\/b><\/i> subscription. It’s a streaming service that collects a hodgepodge of other subscription sites for a single monthly payment. (Crunchy Roll, Rooster Teeth, Geek and Sundry…) It includes Boomerang<\/i> which means there’s a pile of old Hanna-Barbera cartoons to watch. Which means I’ve been watching Scooby-Doo<\/i>, and man—those kids are really stupid<\/i>. And the number of times they commit breaking and entering and other crimes in the name of mystery solving is staggering. The 60’s DNGAF.<\/p>\n

4.)<\/b> Speaking of Scooby-Doo (and voice actors)—Frank Welker<\/a> has been playing Fred Jones for fifty years. Crikey.<\/p>\n

5.)<\/b> Several neighbors have reported leaks from ice dams and I just keep staring up at our living room window WAITING<\/i> for that first drip, because that leak is inevitable. Right now there is an icicle hanging in front of the window that is at least six feet long. One of these days it’s going to come crashing down and it’s probably going to happen when I’m home alone and it’s going to scare the ever-living fuck out of me. It won’t be today, because it’s NEGATIVE TWO<\/i> degrees outside. But it’s coming<\/i>.<\/p>\n

6.)<\/b> I bought myself a weighted blanket. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I have thoughts on it that warrant their own post. We’ll see if that ever gets written. We all know how this game goes.<\/p>\n
