On the MLS website there are EIGHT townhouses for sale in the development we were trying to buy in.

EIGHT.

That includes the one we were trying to buy. As it is now “back on the market.”

I wonder how many people are going through the process of trying to buy these homes only to find they can’t get a loan on them? Because the listing agents are not up front about the severely delinquent association.

I hope you don’t have to waste $750 of your own money on a house you’re not going to get.

In the meantime…we work on our latest prospect.

It’s a short sale property with some interesting circumstances that could work out to our benefit if we get the deal settled in time.
