I’ve never been a Beastie Boys fan. I’m not a fan of rap and hip-hop. Though there is some stuff in that vein that I can mostly tolerate. Not much, but some. I suppose these guys fall into the “mostly tolerable” column. I could probably only name a handful of their songs, but I’d take that over most of the shit falling out of Top 40 radio these days.
With the intarwebz saturated with the news of the death of Adam Yauch I have had Intergalactic drumming through my head nonstop.
Forty-seven is too young.
