Someday I will have something to write about other than the damn wall and the Mystery Leak That Better Be Fucking Solved.
Today is not someday.
We’ve gotten as far as a coat of primer on the wall. And the ceiling has been sprayed. Kid Construction said he’d be back later today to paint. He was over an hour late this morning, so we’ll see if he shows up anytime near when he said he would later.
The appraiser is supposed to be here either today around 4:00 or tomorrow morning to re-inspect the wall. As far as we’ve been told, as long as the sheet rock is in place there should be no issue passing for closing.
It’s going to be one hell of a stressful week making sure we have everything in order for closing on Friday.
Dear Gawd we have CLOSING ON FRIDAY and it had better go right or someone is going to get their teeth knocked out with my foot.
And then Giant Frog will cut a bitch.
