Every single minute…

According to WordPress there are 221 revisions on this post. That might be some sort of record. This thing has a way higher word count than I ever expected it to for what I originally wanted to write. Granted I can’t imagine the word count function on this platform is terribly accurate considering all of the HTML tags, links, and alt-text crammed in here. I have no idea how it handles that. Still. It’s excessive…. Keep reading…Every single minute…

Sunshine Soldier…

Andy Grammer. Remember when I had about seventy-five embarrassing posts in a row babbling incessantly about this guy? Yeah. He still holds a prominent place in my music-obsessed heart. When we saw him live last year, he played a new song called The Good Parts. It was just him and his piano and it was magic.     I’ll admit it. I cried the first time I listened to this thing. Just one of them things…

A few months back Bob made the observation that I hadn’t had any new music to listen to in a long time and that it was likely a contributing factor to my general disposition and lack of creative inspiration. I conceded that he was probably right—as he usually is—and lamented the nondescript time frames of upcoming releases from some of my favorites. And then everybody released new music at the same time. Better Than Ezra… Keep reading…Just one of them things…
